Thoughtful Outdoor Lighting Tailored to Your Athens Lifestyle
Great exterior lighting isn't about blasting bright floodlights into the night—it’s about crafting artful layers of warm, gentle illumination that highlight your home’s finest architecture and favorite outdoor living spaces.
Here’s how we illuminate your favorite parts of your property:
Architectural Accent & Façade Uplighting: Highlight your home’s unique brickwork, stately columns, stone masonry, and roof gables with soft, glare-free vertical light that creates depth and evening prestige.
Welcoming Pathways, Walkways & Steps: Guide family and guests safely from the driveway to your front entrance with elegant brass path lights designed to eliminate tripping hazards while casting inviting light pools.
Patios, Decks & Outdoor Kitchens: Extend your living space after sunset! We design custom patio, pergola, and outdoor living illumination that sets the perfect relaxed mood for dinner parties and summer cookouts.
Poolside & Hardscape Illumination: From under-cap retaining wall lighting to soft perimeter glow, we enhance safety around your pool and hardscape areas while adding resort-style luxury.
Specimen Tree Uplighting & Canopy Moonlighting: Bring your majestic Georgia oaks, Japanese maples, and crepe myrtles to life. We install uplights at the base of trunks and discreet downlights high in the branches to recreate natural, enchanting moonlighting across your lawn.
Built for Georgia Living: Three Tailored Lighting Packages
We believe in complete transparency and building systems that stand the test of time against Georgia’s heat, rain, and red clay. We offer three distinct system tiers to fit your property goals:
The Mid-Grade Architectural Aluminum System ($2,500 – $4,500): A fantastic starter system for homeowners looking to dramatically enhance their front curb appeal and walkway safety. Crafted with heavy powder-coated aluminum fixtures and energy-efficient LED modules backed by a 5 to 10-year warranty.
The Premium Solid Cast Brass System ($4,500 – $8,500+ | Most Popular!): Engineered for homeowners who want lifelong beauty with zero compromises. Made from marine-grade, heavy-gauge solid cast brass that naturally patinas over time and will never rust, corrode, or chip in Georgia red clay. Backed by our industry-leading 20-Year to Lifetime Fixture and LED Warranty!
The Smart RGB Color-Changing Architectural System ($5,000 – $10,000+): The ultimate in outdoor entertaining! Control every zone directly from your smartphone or tablet. Keep it warm white (2700K) for everyday elegance, switch to red and black on Georgia Bulldogs game days, or show off holiday colors with a single tap.
The Professional Advantage: Safe, Low-Voltage Engineering
Anyone can stick cheap solar stakes in the ground, but they rarely last more than a few months. At Lights By L'Goff, we engineer commercial-grade, low-voltage (12-volt) lighting systems that deliver unmatched reliability:
Energy-Efficient LED Technology: Consumes up to 80% less energy than outdated halogen fixtures, saving you money on your monthly electric bill.
Waterproof Direct-Burial Wiring: We bury all cabling beneath turf and mulch, utilizing heat-shrink waterproof gel connectors that prevent short circuits and moisture damage.
Astronomical Digital Automation: Set it and forget it! Our smart transformers calculate sunset and sunrise times every day of the year, so your lights turn on seamlessly as daylight fades.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know how the lights will look before buying?
We offer a complimentary, no-obligation Evening Lighting Demonstration! Our team sets up temporary fixtures on your property at dusk so you can see exactly how the illumination transforms your home before making any financial commitment.
Will installation damage my lawn or landscaping beds?
Never! We take tremendous care during installation, carefully hand-trenching under sod and mulch beds. When we finish, you won’t even know we were there—except that your yard looks spectacular after dark!
What is the maintenance required for an LED system?
Very little! With our premium brass fixtures and sealed LED lamps, your system is virtually maintenance-free. We also offer annual checkup tune-ups to clean lenses, trim back seasonal plant growth, and adjust timers.
